About Pilates

Pilates balances and conditions your whole body using a sequence of exercises and a range of Pilates equipment. Pilates also improves:

  •  Co-ordination

  • Stamina

  • Mental concentration

  • your relationship with gravity!

 

Pilates Private Sessions

Classes here are on a 1:1 basis (or 1:2 if you have a buddy) so you can get the most out of each session and reach your goals more quickly. I also teach small groups from time to time.

In each session we use a range of Pilates apparatus and often include the reformer, tower, mat, wunda chair, barrels and Ped-o-pul as well as some other smaller pieces.

Getting started

The 3-class Introductory Pack is for you to experience the studio and equipment and the Pilates method. After that we work in 8 class blocks.
